Chicken and Black Bean Nachos

MultiGrain Tortilla Chips
Black Beans
Red onion
Lime juice
Reduced sodium or homemade salsa
Veggie shredded cheese

Arrange tortilla chips and top with beans, shredded chicken, and onion, and cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 or until cheese is melted. Top with fresh salsa, like juice, and jalapeños. I left out the sour cream to make it cleanse and 24 friendly. I also forgot to take a picture. Thank you google imagesl ENJOY



Whole Grain Spaghetti

I used whole grain noodles and a heart healthy spaghetti sauce. I added zucchini to my sauce! Again AMAZING!!!

Grilled Sausage and Grilled Avocado

All I did was spray my cooktop grill with Pam and grilled my turkey sausage. I de-pitted the avocado and removed the skin. Place avocado halves on grill top. Changes the flavor of the avocado and it’s AMAZING!!!!


Long Grain Wild Rice and Ground Turkey

I used the Rice a Roni version but left out the butter. I browned ground turkey and added to the rice four a complete meal. It was quick and easy! I normally wouldn’t t eat the packaged version but did tonight because of time.



Turkey BLT

As simple as it looks! Turkey bacon, tomato, lettuce, olive oil mayo (very little), and even cheese….veggie cheese! Serve on 100% whole grain bread or use a wrap!


Tonight’s Meal

I used the same corn relish but warned it in a skillet. In also warmed the sauerkraut after I rinsed it. Served with 100% all natural Hot Dog.


Healthy Tuna Salad

1 can of Tuna in Water, drained
1/2 TBSP Olive Oil based mayo
1 tsp relish
1 tsp brown mustard
6 finely chopped jalapeños
1TBSP finely chopped red onion
1/4 of a red apple

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve on FLATOUT 100% whole wheat wrap or sandwich thin. If you want the brand I used, let me know. I added lettuce to my sandwich. Served with a side of fresh tomatoes. ENJOY!!
